The 250 gram brick consists of a small fraction specific to Gong Tin. The pressing is medium, the edges break off easily in the hands, but the core is denser. The color of the dry leaf includes all shades of brown. When heated with the breath, the scent is nutty and chocolatey with hints of wet wood and camphor. Fill with boiling water and get a black, thick, almost opaque infusion. The aroma intensifies. The taste is soft and velvety. Sweetness of nutmeg and hazelnut, dark chocolate, a hint of dried plums. Pleasant bitterness of resin and conifers. The tea is clearly refreshing, awakening and fills with energy. Understandable condition in a good way.
