Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, AA, 2025
The infusion is deep ruby in color with a gold rim, rich in taste, honey-chocolate, thick and sweet, turning into light caramel. The aftertaste is long, discreet, slightly sweet.
Universal red tea for any occasion.
Grown in the highlands of Fujian Province, the tea undergoes the necessary processing that is used for all xiaozhong teas, but without the smoking stage. This allows the dry tea leaves to retain the aroma of bread crust and prunes without the intrusive smoky flavor that not everyone likes. The infusion is deep ruby in color with a golden rim, the taste is rich, honey-chocolate, thick and sweet, turning into a light caramel. The aftertaste is long, discreet, slightly sweet.
A stable, calm, pleasant tea for everyday consumption.
