Shipping information

Domestic orders (Poland)

Free shipping on all orders over 250 PLN, regardless of weight, shipping method and payment method.
Standard processing time: 2-5 business days.
Order processing and packaging: up to 2 business days.
Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping options (Poland):

InPost parcel terminal: 18 PLN.
DPD service to the pickup point: 18 PLN 
Pick up from store: free.

If the customer does not receive the parcel due to their own fault, the order will be reshipped at their expense. The reshipment fee is 18 PLN.

If delivery by InPost is chosen, the parcel pickup point number must be provided when placing the order (e.g. WAW927H). If the pickup point number is not specified, the shipment may be sent via DPD to the nearest DPD pickup point or delivered by courier directly to the specified address, at the sender’s discretion.

International orders

Available to all EU countries.
Processing begins after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs: according to current DPD rates.
