Oolong from the Wuyishan region in the northern part of Fujian province. The tea was hand-harvested and then subjected to classical processing (wilting, shaking, fermentation, twisting, shaking) and one-time heating over charcoal.

Deep, balanced aroma with floral and fruity notes. The infusion has a light orange color. Thanks to gentle roasting, the taste retains fresh green notes, which are not usually characteristic of rock teas. In the first infusions, a slight bitterness of greens and berry notes are noticeable. In subsequent infusions, the taste develops notes of wood bark, roasted notes, and the aroma changes to cane sugar and fallen maple leaves. A pleasant floral and fruity aftertaste.

The tea refreshes and relaxes well. Perfect for a warm autumn evening.
