The long light velvety buds are covered with soft, pleasant to the touch hairs. The aroma of dry tea is calm, pine-berry, on warming up with breath one can feel a pleasant floral flavour. The infusion is clean, transparent, light green in colour, gaining a golden shade in the process. The flavour is soft, delicate, with barely noticeable resinous notes, against which one can feel sweet melon, jasmine, vanilla pastry with light fruity acidity. The aftertaste is light, sweet, slightly oily.
White bud tea is good at any time of the year. It refreshes, warms, relieves anxiety and gently tones. Suitable both for daily tea drinking and for quiet thoughtful tastings.
