The tea leaves of all shades of green are fermented more strongly than other Te Guan Yin oolong varieties, so the aroma and flavor of this tea is richer and deeper, with distinct herbal, spinach and cucumber notes. The infusion is bright yellow, the taste is refreshing, thick and creamy. The aftertaste is floral, with a slight sour fruit flavor.

It brews well in any vessel and is best drunk in daylight. Put 4-5 grams of leaves into a medium gaiwan, heat the container, fill it with soft water at 90 degrees and gradually increase the brewing time from 10 seconds to one minute.

Suitable for daily consumption and first exposure to oolong teas.
