Early spring harvested green tea from Yunnan province. The buds and the adjacent two leaves of equal length are selected for tea production. Due to this characteristic, the tea is long drinkable and changes noticeably from brew to brew.
The aroma of the dry tea is bright, strong, with notes of seeds, grass and smoked meat. The infusion is pale yellow in colour with a pearly fringe, with a fresh, brackish aroma and notes of roasted nuts. The flavour is delicate, with smoked notes, sweetness of pumpkin seeds, strawberries and a faint bitterness. The aftertaste is rough, with barely noticeable notes of gooseberry.
The tea is refreshing, invigorating and tonic. Good for cold brew.
