"Early spring," a bud and two leaves from Yunnan province.
Aroma and taste: sausages! So obvious, slightly smoky. The second wave is a fresh aroma, salty with a hint of roasted nuts. The taste has a delicate texture and the same smokiness, but adds the bitterness of pumpkin seeds and the sweetness of strawberries. There are more peas at the leaks. The aftertaste settles on the tongue like a coarse pollen with a slight, light gooseberry sweetness.
When to drink: Daily greens will be supportive and refreshing on a warm day.
Pros and Cons: A simple and fairly stable tea. But when brewing it is fussy - you have to guess the temperature and strain quickly. We recommend water at 70 degrees or even slightly lower. The dense coarseness of Yunnan raw materials resembles young sheng. At 7 straits it loses depth, but the sweetness remains, especially in the aftertaste. And there are more than 10 straits left.
