The drink is prepared in the same way as tea - dry tea leaves are poured over hot water and brewed. When preparing kuding, it is important to observe the temperature regime: when brewing with water at 100°С, a drink with wormwood bitterness is obtained, when brewing with water at 40-50°С, a drink with a delicate, refined taste is created. Kuding is especially liked by Chinese doctors, who drink it to maintain proper heart function (lots of potassium + helps avoid colds). For brewing, do not take a lot of Kuding tea - 1-2 needles per person is enough .
