This drink is very pleasant in taste: brewed for 2-3 minutes in a cup or in a teapot, the granules turn into a thick tea with a taste of oatmeal cookies and roasted chestnuts. Naturally sweet, warming, does not contain caffeine.

How to brew:
Pour 100 ml of hot water (90-95°C) over 1 teaspoon of buckwheat and steep for 2-3 minutes.
Can be brewed using the pour-over method.
