The brew is deep red, with a strong aroma of sour berries, which is replaced by light vanilla and buckwheat honey. The honeyed sweetness is not bland, forming a background against which a symphony of berry, spicy, warm roasted flavors unfolds. On subsequent brews a slight astringency and minty freshness appears, which lasts long and unobtrusively.
