COMPLAINTS RELATED TO ORDERS
The Store, as the seller, is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Polish Civil Code, under the statutory warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Articles 556 and 556[1]–556[3] of the Civil Code.
Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer’s rights guaranteed by law or under these Terms and Conditions should be sent to: info@tea-mail.pl.
The Store undertakes to examine each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be examined.

COMPLAINTS RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Store takes steps to ensure the proper functioning of the Store to the extent resulting from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by Customers within a reasonable time.
The Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Store of any irregularities or interruptions in its operation.
Irregularities related to the functioning of the Store may be reported by the Customer to the address: “NB Stellar Group sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II 11/309, 00-828 Warsaw”, by e-mail at info@tea-mail.pl, or via the contact form.
In the complaint, the Customer should provide their first and last name, correspondence address, and the type and date of the irregularity related to the operation of the Store.
The Store undertakes to examine each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be examined.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Any disputes arising between NB Stellar sp. z o.o. and a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. In order to use the possibility of amicable resolution of disputes concerning online purchases, the Consumer may submit a complaint, for example, via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
