ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BASIC DEFINITIONS
- Store / Online Store — Tea Mail Polska (www.tea-mail.pl), owned by NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II 11/309, 00-828 Warsaw, e-mail: info@tea-mail.pl, NIP 7011079138, REGON 521496408, entered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000960279.
- Seller — NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II 11/411, 00-828 Warsaw, e-mail: info@tea-mail.pl, NIP 7011079138, REGON 521496408, entered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000960279.
- Customer — a natural person or legal entity with full legal capacity, using the Store by submitting inquiries, placing orders, browsing the Store’s offer, or concluding a contract via the Store. A minor may become a Customer only with the consent of their legal representative.
- Personal Data Administrator / Administrator — NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II 11/411, 00-828 Warsaw.
- Service Providers — legal or natural persons entrusted, with the Customer’s consent, with the Customer’s data obtained by the Store for the purpose of order fulfillment.
- Terms and Conditions — these terms and conditions defining the rules for providing electronic services by the Seller.
- Goods — movable items presented in the Store that may be the subject of a sales contract, specified in detail in the order.
- Order Form — a service available on the Store’s website, through which the Customer, including one without a user account, may purchase Goods.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding sales contracts between the Seller and the Customer for Goods available on the Store’s website, using means of distance communication, the rules for performance of such contracts, and the rules for using the Store available at www.tea-mail.pl
- The sales contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller. The recording, securing, and making available of the essential provisions of the concluded contract takes place by printing and providing the Customer with documents confirming the purchase along with the shipment or by sending them electronically.
- With regard to electronic services, these Terms and Conditions constitute the regulations referred to in Article 9 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services. The Terms and Conditions are available to all Customers in electronic form on the Store’s website. They apply to all Customers of the Store, who are obliged to comply with all their provisions. Sales are conducted on the basis of the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
- All information contained on the Store’s website relating to products (including prices) does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract as defined in Article 71 of the Civil Code.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESSING
- Use of the Store’s services requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer accepts their content.
- Orders are accepted via www.tea-mail.pl and by e-mail at info@tea-mail.pl, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation by e-mail.
- Orders may be placed in one of three ways: without account registration, with account registration, or by logging into an existing account. Account registration allows access to order history and eliminates the need to re-enter data for future orders. Customer data and account settings may be changed at any time.
- Upon receipt of order confirmation, the Seller begins order processing, whereby:
a) for cash-on-delivery orders — processing begins no later than the next business day after confirmation by the Seller;
b) for bank transfer orders — processing begins after the payment is credited to the Store’s bank account. - Orders are processed during the Store’s business hours (business days, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00).
- A fiscal receipt is issued for each order. VAT invoices are issued upon the Customer’s request. The Customer must indicate the need for a VAT invoice before the receipt is issued by selecting the appropriate option in the order form.

b) correspondence address: Al. Jana Pawła II 11/309, 00-828 Warsaw - Prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and represent the total amount payable by the Customer. Delivery costs, if applicable, must also be taken into account.
- If the Customer is required to incur additional costs beyond the agreed price, the Store will inform the Customer before order fulfillment. Additional charges will only be applied with the Customer’s explicit consent.
DELIVERY COSTS AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed exclusively on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days, consisting of order processing time (order preparation and dispatch) of up to 2 business days plus estimated delivery time.
- Orders are delivered via:
a) Polish Post
b) InPost parcel lockers
c) DPD
Delivery prices are available in the 'Delivery' section of the Store.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available:

Cash payment at the physical store;

Bank transfer to account number 07 2490 0005 0000 4600 0004 3562 at Alior Bank, beneficiary: NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o. (order number must be provided);

Przelewy24 (payments processed together with Stripe);

Card payment / Google Pay / Apple Pay on the website.
Customers choosing bank transfer payment must complete payment within 5 business days of placing the order. Otherwise, the Seller’s offer is no longer binding and the order will be automatically canceled. Only the order number is required in the payment title. The payment deadline may be extended upon prior agreement with the Store’s customer service.
COMPLAINTS
- The Seller is liable under statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the Goods pursuant to Article 556 of the Polish Civil Code.
- The Seller is liable if a physical defect is discovered within two years from the date the Goods are delivered to the Customer.
- If the Goods are defective, the Customer may request replacement with defect-free goods or removal of the defect. The Customer may also request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, unless the Seller promptly replaces the defective Goods or removes the defect. This limitation does not apply if the Goods have already been replaced or repaired or if the Seller fails to meet its obligations.
- The Customer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant.
- The Seller shall respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt and, if justified, replace the Goods or remove the defect within 14 days from the date of complaint submission.
- In the event of effective withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, provided that the refund will not be made until the Goods are returned.
- Claims for defect removal or replacement expire one year from the date the defect is discovered.
COMPLAINTS REGARDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES
- The Store undertakes to ensure proper operation of the Store in accordance with current technical knowledge and to remedy reported irregularities within a reasonable time.
- The Customer must immediately notify the Store of any irregularities or interruptions.
- Irregularities may be reported to: NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II 11/411, 00-828 Warsaw, by e-mail at info@tea-mail.pl.
- Complaints should include the Customer’s name, correspondence address, and the type and date of the irregularity.
- Complaints will be examined within 14 days, and if this is not possible, the Customer will be informed accordingly.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Customer may withdraw from the sales contract without stating reasons within 14 days from receipt of the Goods.
- Withdrawal requires submitting a written statement to the Seller. A template is attached to these Terms and Conditions.
- The statement should be sent to: NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II 11/411, 00-828 Warsaw.
- The Goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method, but not before the Goods are returned.
- The Customer bears the cost of returning the Goods.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o. processes personal data for order fulfillment pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the sales contract.
- The Personal Data Administrator is NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., contactable by post or e-mail at info@tea-mail.pl.
- Personal data are processed for an indefinite period due to discount policies, special offers, etc.
- Customers have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer their data.
- Customers may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o. undertakes to protect Customer data and not to disclose it to unauthorized persons. The Store may not use Customer data for purposes other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions.

FINAL PROVISIONS
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law, in particular the GDPR, shall apply.
- These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory legal provisions. In the event of conflict, mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail.
