An early spring green tea from Yunnan province. For the production of the tea, buds and adjacent two leaves of equal length are selected. This characteristic makes the tea long drinkable and changes noticeably from steeping to steeping.

The aroma of the dry tea is bright and strong, with notes of seeds, grass and smoke. The infusion has a light yellow color with a pearly rim, a fresh, salty aroma and notes of roasted nuts. The taste is delicate, with smoky notes, the sweetness of pumpkin seeds, strawberries and a barely perceptible bitterness. The aftertaste is rough, with barely perceptible gooseberry notes.

The tea is refreshing, stimulating and tonic. Good for cold brewing.
