The leaves are medium-sized, dark, with a dense longitudinal twist. The aroma of dry tea is bright, dense, spicy-woody with smoky notes.
The infusion is amber-cognac in colour with an oily, dense, voluminous taste: spicy-woody, chocolate, tobacco, slightly smoky notes and a subtle sourness. The aftertaste is long, dense and soft, tart and sweet.
The perfect tea for cloudy evenings. It warms you up and relieves fatigue and tension.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Teaware: glass or ceramic teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
