Branded Xiao Zhong tea produced in northern Fujian Province and pressed at the Qi Fu tea factory in Menghai District, Yunnan Province.
The dry leaves smell like sweet and sour berry compote. The infusion is bright orange in colour, smooth and drinkable, with notes of floral nectar and honey. The taste is restrained, with notes of dry autumn leaves, honey sweetness and a subtle pleasant sourness.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 6-7 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
