Intoxicating, juicy floral-honey aroma with notes of ripe fruit. The first infusion has a floral-herbal taste, thick and rich. Subsequent infusions reveal a raspberry flavour with hints of burnt caramel, muscat and cinnamon, expressively tart and slightly rough. Prolonged brewing brings out a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is creamy and long, with light floral notes.
