The infusion is light green. The taste is light, fresh. You can notice the sweetness of bamboo, freshly cut grass, spinach, guava, acacia honey and strawberries. If overbrewed, it will have a tart bitterness, somewhat reminiscent of black chokeberry. The tea is invigorating, focuses the mind and directs it in the right direction.
A fairly large green-brown leaf with a fresh, spicy, floral aroma. When warmed by breathing, the aroma is fresh, spicy, floral and fruity. When brewed, a slight sharpness is added to the sweetness.

There is a hint of sourness from lilies, blackcurrants and mint. The bitterness of eucalyptus and anise with a woody undertone. How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-7 infusions.

- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
