Appearance
Spherical twisted oolong of various sizes, green in colour. The aroma of the dry tea is fresh, with creamy notes.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is light green in colour with the aroma of freshly cut grass and ginger biscuits. The taste is full-bodied, fresh, rich, sweet and sour, with notes of basil, sorrel, meadow flowers, red apple and saffron, and a slightly metallic saltiness. The aftertaste is persistent, pleasant, sweet and sour.
Effect
The tea refreshes, awakens and puts you in the right mood. It relaxes the body, relieves fatigue, replenishes internal resources and collects your thoughts.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 grams per 100 ml. water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
