When to drink: A good tea for cloudy days and cool evenings. Warming and soothing.

The flavor is pungent, with a distinct profile from Yunnan province, reminiscent of a tobacco seller asked to replace an ailing neighbor - a honey merchant. "Hey, buy honey!
