Red tea
1800 G
The golden-rustic, sagittal needles, reminiscent of a dried pine needle, are very pleasant to the touch due to the fine, velvety mesquite, with a sour, spicy aroma of sun-dried tomatoes, basil, honey and tangerine peel. When heated with the breath, an aroma reminiscent of a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves emerges.
The infusion is orange-sand colored, the color of apple jam, slightly iridescent due to the suspension of mesquite from the inside of the tea leaf. The aroma is fruity, confectionery-like: the composition most closely resembles apple strudel with cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste is more restrained: smooth, sweet and sour, slightly roasted, as if roasted sugar had been added to the tea. In the overall harmonious range, sweet apple, gingerbread, creamy iris, light acidity are noticeable. The tea maintains an overall range of fruit sweetness and baked goods flavors throughout the brewing time. The aftertaste is delicate, light, sour and honey.
