Highly fermented Guizhou red tea. The infusion has a beautiful golden color with a rounded taste. The sweetness of rye bread, dried apples and dates is emphasized by the sourness of rose and dried plums. After subsequent infusions, a slight tartness of cumin appears. A pleasant warming tea, uplifting and gently refreshing in the morning.

Tea leaves of medium size, brown in color with golden buds. After warming with breath, aroma of bread, rye sourdough, honey and dried fruit is felt. The infusion has a beautiful golden color with a rounded taste. The sweetness of rye bread, dried apples and dates is emphasized by the sourness of rose and dried plums. After subsequent infusions, a slight tartness of cumin appears. The aftertaste is enveloping, slightly sticky, warming.
A pleasant warming tea, uplifting and gently refreshing in the morning.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 6-7 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 6-7 infusions.

- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
