Appearance
The press is quite dense, but the squares break off easily. The aroma of the dry tea is juicy, soft, spicy, and fruity, with subtle notes of smoke, confectionery, berries, and citrus.

The taste of the finished tea is buttery, fruity, and sweet, with subtle citrus notes and mineral salinity. During steeping, woody notes and a pleasant acidity emerge. The aftertaste is long, sweet, and spicy.
Effect
Ideal for brewing in a thermos or mug; astringency develops with prolonged steeping. It has a warming and refreshing effect.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 square per 100-150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
