How to brew
1) Brew in a gaiwan. You will need good water of 80-85°C and time. Do not overflow the first brew. Hold the second pour for 10 seconds, increase the next by 10-15 seconds each. In general - sense.
2) Boiling in a glass kettle on a gas burner or stove. Most important - do not bring the tea to a boil, but steep it in water at a high temperature (80°C) for about 3 minutes.
3) In a glass or thermos. Pour 2 grams of red tea over 85°C water and let stand for 3-5 minutes.
