Guizhou Hong Bao Shi, AA, 2024
This pleasant, slightly invigorating tea is ideal for a summer morning. The infusion is clear and copper-coloured. The aftertaste is refreshing and velvety.
Small greyish-beige tea balls.
When dry, the tea has a subtle, spicy-fruity aroma. When warmed by breath, a sour note appears, which unfolds with each infusion into red orange, berries and tea rose. The aroma of the finished tea is spicy and bready, slightly woody and figgy.
