Shu Pu Erh from the Yong Zhen factory, produced from Bulan Mountain. Tea from this region is characterized by a pleasant astringency and a slight bitterness.
Thanks to ten years of aging, this Shu Pu Erh has acquired a sweet, nutty and woody flavor. There is no dampness or earthiness. As the tea steeps, a berry-like tartness and dried fruity notes emerge. The finish is long, rough, and drying.
This tea warms well, invigorates, and concentrates perfectly. It is suitable for daily tea drinking and for moments when extra concentration is needed.
