High mountain oolong with low heat, clean aroma (light fermentation) from reputable places. Spherically twisted emerald green medium oolong with fine stems. When heated with the breath, a sweet, creamy, floral aroma emerges.

The infusion has a light green, pistachio color. The taste is distinct, fresh, buttery, saturated with a grape-like tartness. Sweetness of apricot, papaya, dried plum, honey apple. Acidity of orange, lemon and cherry. Light mineral saltiness. Long sour-sweet aftertaste with a metallic touch. In the tea, we see uniform, resilient leaves with virtually no damage, indicating good quality raw material and delicate processing. A calm and relaxed state.

The tea refreshes and restores balance to the body and mind.

For a deeper immersion in the aroma, we recommend drinking it from a tea steamer.
