Tie Guan Yin maturing tea, harvested in Anxi County in 2017. After processing, the tea is matured in special clay pots, while retaining its traditional notes.
The leaves are twisted into medium-sized knots, the color of the tea ash-green, brown. The aroma of the dry tea is distinctive, floral and spicy, with distinct bread notes.
