Tie Guan Yin maturing tea, harvested in Anxi County in 2017. After processing, the tea is matured in special clay pots, while retaining its traditional notes.
The leaves are twisted into medium-sized knots, the color of the tea ash-green, brown. The aroma of the dry tea is distinctive, floral and spicy, with distinct bread notes.
The infusion is golden yellow in color and clear. The taste of the finished tea is multi-faceted, oily, woody and floral, with notes of berries, spices and nuts. You can smell field flowers and oriental spices. A long, enveloping, lingering aftertaste.
