Appearance
The young leaves and buds are twisted straight and thin, with pointed ends on both sides. The dry leaf has a fresh, rich aroma.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is clean, clear, yellow-green in color, with a rich, piquant aroma with notes of green peas. The flavor is rich and refreshing, without bitterness or astringency, with cucumber notes. The aftertaste is bright, sweet, and lingering.

How to brew
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 grams per 100 ml. water
Brew in short infusions of 10-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 3-4 infusions.
