The peculiarity of "Bamboo Lair" is that it is a narrow mountain valley, located in a lowland, where sediments carrying rock minerals, droppings of local animals are washed away, and it is there that everything accumulates in the rich and moist soil. Shui Xian in this valley feels more comfortable than other varieties - and its taste proves it.

The sweet, bright aroma seems to wrap itself in chocolate velvet, under which notes of roasted notes are gradually revealed. The warm aroma actively changes: from dense sweetness to vegetal, roasted, woody, balsamic notes, tones of leather and beans flash through. The infusion is sweet, drinkable, medium density, the sip moistens the mouth, the sweetness remains in the throat, on the tongue, teeth and palate. The aroma and aftertaste are persistent; echoes of vanilla and cream are noticeable. The taste is smooth, rich, there is a slight minerality, the tea seems to melt in the mouth, nourishing the receptors, filling the volume with flavor. The cup smells of salted caramel and toffee. It's a very bright, open tea, with a rich content that it doesn't hide. I want to come back to it.
