Appearance
Thin, pointed buds are olive-green in color with a floral, spicy, herbaceous, and nutty aroma.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is orange-yellow, the color of ripe wheat, clean and transparent. The aroma is rich and sweet, with notes of flowers, herbs, and berries. The taste of the tea is subtle, slightly astringent, with notes of fresh herbs, flowers, berries, and fruits. The finish is long and refreshing, slightly sweet, with a pleasant citrus tartness.
Effect
This very delicate tea does not tolerate haste or fuss. Experience is required to fully appreciate the full range of flavors and aromas. Relieves fatigue, harmonizes, refreshes, and immerses you in a meditative state.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain, glass
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-9 infusions.
