The dry leaf is twisted into a medium-sized curved twig of dark brown, almost black color. The aroma is thick, spicy, with baked and creamy notes.
The infusion is orange-yellow, transparent, with a multifaceted aroma. You can feel flowers, tree resins, dried fruits, sweetness of spicy ginger cookies and vanilla. The taste is thick, soft, oily, enveloping, mineral, with fruity sourness. The aftertaste is long, floral and creamy.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: glass or ceramic teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
