Guangdong Shui Xiang Oolong, produced from 60-year-old bushes using traditional techniques and repeated low-temperature heating over charcoal.
Large, dense, uniform, dark-brown leaves, twisted longitudinally, with a fruity, berry-spicy, floral, and sweet aroma. When heated, the leaves reveal spicy, baked, and perfume notes.
The amber-colored infusion has a distinctive sweet aroma with notes of honey and citrus. The flavor is rich, balanced, and multilayered, with classic Guangdong florality, honeyed notes, and a slight citrus tartness. The finish is sweet, long, and slightly rough.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
Infusion method
- Teaware: glass or ceramic teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-6 g per 500 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
