Medium-sized dark brown leaves with golden buds are pressed into a medium-density cake weighing 400 grams. The aroma of dry tea is soft, calm, harmonious, with pronounced notes of maturity.
The infusion is clear, transparent, cognac-coloured with a ruby rim. The aroma is rich, bright, with wine, berry and spicy notes. The taste is smooth, velvety, even, woody and spicy, with notes of bark, spices, berries and a damp autumn forest. Sweet velvety aftertaste.
A measured, calm, mature Pu Erh. Perfectly refreshing, it focuses the mind, harmonises and grounds. It will be especially appropriate for leisurely weekend tea parties.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay teapot or gaiwan
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay gaiwan, thermos
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g per 100 ml of water
Infuse for 2-3 minutes
