The medium-density cake consists of uniform raw materials with a small amount of buds and stems. The aroma of dry tea is mild, subtle, with woody-spicy, nutty notes.
The infusion is dense, dark brown with a ruby hue, velvety. The aroma of the finished tea is light, balanced, with woody and nutty notes. The taste is mild, slightly rough, with notes of wood, nuts, spices and berries, with a slight sourness at the end. The aftertaste is long, warm and sweetish.
The tea warms well, refreshes, concentrates the mind and gently tones. Perfect for daily tea drinking.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay teapot or gaiwan
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay gaiwan, thermos
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g per 100 ml of water
Infuse for 2-3 minutes
