Shu Pu Erh Palace Dragon Ball, A, 2025

Fermented Chinese Shu Pu Erh tea, produced in Yunnan Province from selected small-leaf, Palace-grade tea. Harvested in 2025. The tea is pressed into compact, portioned Dragon Ball-sized tea balls (~8 g), convenient for a single, full-bodied ceremony.

A densely rolled ball of dark brown color with an even compression. After rinsing, the leaf gradually unfolds, revealing a fine, uniform tea. The infusion has an intense, dark ruby, almost coffee-like hue.

A warm, earthy, honey-like aroma, without a sharp dampness. The taste features woody and nutty notes, a light natural sweetness, and hints of caramel and dark chocolate. A deep, soft, and rounded profile. A full-bodied tea without being heavy, with a velvety texture and a long, warming aftertaste.

It gently warms, stabilizes, and helps focus attention. It promotes calm concentration without overstimulation. Suitable for evening tea gatherings, focused work, or a meditative ceremony.

How to brew

Steaming

• Teaware: clay teapot or gaiwan
• Water: 95-98°C
• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 8 g per 150 ml water

Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

Infusion method

• Teaware: clay gaiwan, thermos
• Water: 95-98°C
• Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g per 100 ml of water

Infuse for 2-3 minutes
