The medium-density cake consists of medium and small orange-brown leaves. The aroma of the dry leaves is richly iodine-like, spicy, with apple sourness. When warmed, the sourness intensifies and becomes more voluminous.
The infusion is reddish-cherry in colour, dense and thick. The aroma is spicy and warm, with notes of black pepper, juniper and dry wood. The taste is bitter-sweet, with a muted, rough berry tone: notes of cocoa, roasted walnuts, prunes, the sweetish tone of old library pages, and a slight tobacco bitterness. The aftertaste is sweet with tartness.
The tea gives you a bright boost of energy, physical strength, and a lift in your spirits and self-confidence. Suitable for morning and afternoon work.

How to brew
Brewing in a Gongfu teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Amount of tea: 6-8 g
Do not forget to rinse and awaken the tea with a technical pour.
First pour: 10 seconds
Subsequent pours: gradually increase the steeping time by 6+ seconds.
Brewing in a gaiwan or clay teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Amount of tea: 6 g per 100 ml
Place the tea in a well-warmed gaiwan or teapot and let it warm up for 10 seconds.
First infusion: 10 seconds
Subsequent infusions: gradually increase the steeping time by 6+ seconds
