Appearance
This medium-density cake consists of small leaves and numerous red buds. The dry tea's aroma is woody and nutty, with a classic note of prune, which develops into minerality as it warms.
Taste and aroma
The infusion is dark brown, almost black, dense and rich. The flavor is full-bodied and clean, with a profile of wood, earth, and hazelnuts, with a hint of cocoa bean and dark chocolate bitterness. The aftertaste is sweet with notes of prune and the tartness of chokeberry.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay teapot or gaiwan
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
