Large leaves with stems and buds are pressed into a loose brick weighing 250 grams. The aroma of dry tea is soft, calm, woody and forest-like, with notes of nuts and spices.
The infusion is clear, transparent, burgundy-brown in colour with a rich aroma. The taste has notes of maturity — forest, spices, woody and mushroom tones. The aftertaste is long, soft and velvety.
A mature Pu Erh with a clean taste and mature aroma. It pleasantly warms, refreshes and fills you with a sense of harmony.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay teapot or gaiwan
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 150 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay gaiwan, thermos
- Water: 95-98°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g per 100 ml of water
Infuse for 2-3 minutes
