Sheng Pu Erh made from early spring leaves harvested from 150-year-old trees. The flavour of the brewed tea is bright, multifaceted and balanced. The first infusions are dominated by citrus notes with a slight astringency, whilst subsequent infusions reveal the fruity sweetness of peach and melon with a hint of tartness and a noticeable minerality. A soft, velvety tea with a noticeable vitality.

Medium-sized leaves and tea buds are pressed into a neat cake with a delicate aroma of dried fruit, flowers and spices.
The flavour of the brewed tea is bright, multifaceted and balanced. The aftertaste is long-lasting, honey-sweet, with a pleasant coolness.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
The first steeping is for rinsing the tea.
Brew in short infusions of 5-7 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1 g. per 100 ml of water
Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
