"Early Spring Tea from Big Trees" is the translation of this Sheng Pu Erh tea's name. The tea was picked in the highlands of Da Xue Shan in early spring and expertly processed on a small farm.
The tender young leaves on a small stalk and the numerous hairy buds, when warmed by the breath, exude the scent of sweet tropical flowers and fruits with hints of berries and dried fruits.
The infusion is clean, clear, with a delicate, sweet aroma. The flavor is juicy and light, with notes of meadow flowers and herbs, berries and dried fruits, oriental spices, and tropical fruits. The finish is long, strong, sweet, and slightly tart.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
The first steeping is for rinsing the tea.
Brew in short infusions of 5-7 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
