The flavor is delicate, sweet and sour, with a hint of honey. Rooibus quenches thirst well without stimulating the nervous system.

The small, uniform, elongated pieces of leaves and stems emit a faint, herbaceous, sweet aroma with notes of red flowers and fresh honey. The aroma intensifies with warming, becoming slightly sweeter.
Pour 2-3 grams of rooibos (about 1 teaspoon) per 250 ml mug with water at 95°С and steep for 5-10 minutes. It's best to use a tea strainer or filter, as not all rooibos particles sink and can interfere with the enjoyment of the resulting drink.
The ruby-red infusion smells of honey and tropical fruit juice: mango, passion fruit, banana, and watermelon. The flavor is delicate, sweet and sour, with a hint of honey. Rooibus quenches thirst well without stimulating the nervous system. The bright red color of the infusion is pleasing and uplifting.
