Tea bushes for this tea are grown at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. The raw material for tea is the young upper leaves and buds of the bush, which will undergo the usual processing of green tea. The leaves are collected in early spring; dried and packed in an airtight container, the tea waits for the period of jasmine flowering, when the collected buds of this wonderful flower, added to the tea leaf, naturally aromatize it.
The color of the infusion is golden pistachio, the taste is mild, buttery, slightly tart, sweet, with refreshing menthol notes. The aftertaste is jasmine, long, slightly astringent. The most important thing in this tea is not to hold the infusion, so that bitterness does not appear.
