Daily standard-quality matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Harvested in the summer of 2025 and ground in March 2026.

Matcha Latte with ice (wothout water)
- 1-2 g (1 level teaspoon or 2 measuring spoons) matcha
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon, ice.
Fill a glass with ice. Using a whisk or frother, whisk the milk, matcha, and syrup until foamy, then pour over the ice. Sprinkle the finished matcha latte with cinnamon to taste.
