Small, longitudinally twisted leaves with a small number of stems. The dry tea has a rich, spicy-balsamic aroma with moist notes.
The infusion is clear, transparent, and cognac-colored, with a rich aroma of spices, berries, and damp wood. The flavor is soft, dense, and woody, with notes of spices, nuts, and a slight resinous roughness. The finish is long, warm, and slightly sweet.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 5-7 infusions.
Infusion method

- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 1-1.5 g per 200 ml of water
Infuse for 10-15 minutes.
