Appearance

Thin, longitudinally twisted strands of burgundy-brown color with a soft floral-honey aroma.

Taste and aroma

The infusion is clear, pure, and golden-amber in color. The aroma of the finished tea is rich, sweet, and floral-honey. The taste is intoxicating, silky, fruity, and honeyed, with a spicy tartness, notes of citrus and spice, and a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is enveloping, oily, and long-lasting.

How to brew

Steaming

  • Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
  • Water: 85-90°С
  • Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
