At present, only one lady, Nargiza, makes Georgian Long Jin, so we recommend that all tea connoisseurs try it.
Appearance
The appearance of the tea is similar to that of classic Chinese Long Jing: elongated flat leaves of bright green colour with the aroma of beans, pumpkin seeds and fresh greens. The infusion is transparent, light green in colour with a pearly rim.
Taste and aroma
The taste is soft and sweet. There are notes of freshly cut grass, broccoli, a hint of nuts and pumpkin seeds with a delicate creaminess.
Effect
The tea is wonderfully refreshing, invigorating and awakening. It is perfect for hot summer days as an ice tea.
