Strongly fermented red tea, smoked with plum tree smoke. The aroma of the tea is bright, smoky, with notes of prunes and burnt caramel. The taste is fruity and spicy, with a pronounced tartness. The tea is invigorating, refreshing and energising.

The raw materials for the tea grow at an altitude of 2,200 metres in an ecologically clean region. The buds and two leaves from the spring harvest of 2025 are used in production.
The aroma of the tea is bright, smoky, with notes of prunes and burnt caramel. Full-bodied, silky infusion of amber colour with a golden rim. The taste is fruity and spicy, sweet, with floral and honey notes and a pronounced tartness. The aftertaste is rough, with hints of prunes and caramel.
The tea is invigorating, refreshing and energising. The perfect choice to start the day.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
