A high-altitude, medium-fermented red tea. The dry tea has a fruity, sandalwood, and woody aroma with a subtle smoky note. The flavor is rich, juicy, dense, and full-bodied. Perfectly refreshing, invigorating, and energizing.
A high-altitude, medium-fermented red tea produced in the Sakhejung district of Ilam Prefecture on a small farm.
The tea leaves are grown at an altitude of 1900 meters in an ecologically pristine region. The buds and two leaves from the 2025 summer harvest are used for production.
The dry tea has a fruity, sandalwood, and woody aroma with a subtle smoky note. The flavor is rich, juicy, dense, and full-bodied. Floral, fruity, and spicy notes are evident, along with a slight astringency. The infusion is amber-red, clean, and clear.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
