The aroma of dry tea is deep and rich, with nutty, woody, caramel and slightly earthy notes. Steamed leaves reveal notes of dried fruit, chocolate and sweet spices.
The drink's flavor is rich and deep, with nutty-caramel notes, hints of dried fruit, and a slight woody bitterness. The aftertaste is long, sweet, spicy, and warming.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
The flavor remains consistent over 7-8 infusions.

- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 2 g per 250 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
