It is sweet, cereal-like, with a delicate thick texture and an aftertaste leading to a slight pine bitterness. It is delicious to make a decoction of chrysanthemum or add it to other teas and infusions. For decoction, take 3-4 grams per half liter of 70-degree water and keep for 10 minutes.
